Product Administration Keyword Build Report overview
Function acronym: ICAAK
Use this report to create a keyword index for products and catalog products that have been converted from your old system or from an import file.
When products are added directly into the system, they are added to the keyword file. When products are converted into the system, they must be manually added to the keyword file. If the keyword file becomes damaged, use this report to rebuild it.
The keywords are used when you use the Keyword field during a search. You can specify words and parts of words that are included the Brief Description and Lookup Name fields in Product Setup. Words such as the, a, Co, and Inc. are not included in the keyword build.
The maximum number of records that are included in a keyword lookup is 200.
