GL Journal Inquiry - Inventory Control overview
Use this page to view Inventory Control transactions for the selected journal if transactions in the journal update or were generated in the Product module.
You can view Inventory Control transactions for specific transaction types or units of measure. Transactions displayed in the grid show this information:
- posting date
- whether it was an increase or decrease to the GL control account
- shipped quantity
- on-hand quantity
The on-hand quantity reflects the total quantity on hand for the product. If there are multiple lines for a single product, this column reflects the resulting quantity on hand after each line was received. Drill down on a line to access the Detail and General Ledger Distribution views.
