GL Account Inquiry - Account overview
Use this page to view information for an account code. The static information and previous year information from the GL Account Setup file are displayed.
You can only specify General Ledger account balances for those files that match the security options set in SA Operator Setup. If you specify a restricted account, seek assistance from a supervisor who can grant you access to this information.
This function honors division security. Operators can only view account information in the divisions they have security for.
