Customer Price Type Setup overview

Customer > Setup > Price Type

Function acronym: ARSPT

Use this function to set up multiple price types for a customer or ship to. The price type records are used in conjunction with Customer Type pricing records when the multiple level hierarchy is used to find a product price.

The price types that you can use must be enabled in SA Administrator Options-Products-Pricing. These price types can be selected:

  • Customer Type/Product (Level 3)
  • Customer Type/Product Price Type and Customer Type/Rebate Type (Level 4)

    You can also enable Customer Type/Rebate Sub Type by selecting Rebate Sub Type option.

  • Customer Type (Level 6)

The Pricing options in SA Administrator Option-Products-Multiple Level also control multiple level customer price types.
