Customer Cash Receipt Entry - Detail - Credits overview

Customer > Entry > Cash Receipt

Use this page to view and apply any credits to the customer's balance.

The Credits view is accessed when you select Apply Credits in the Type field on the Customer Cash Receipt Entry window. Available credits are displayed in the Credits grid. Select one or more credits in the grid and choose one of these options:

  • Auto Apply: Automatically apply the selected credit to the customer's balance.
  • Write Off: Write off any selected unapplied credits.
  • Original Discount: If a discount amount was changed on a credit transaction, or set to zero (0), you can select one or more credits and click Original Discount to restore the original discount amount to the line.
  • Reset: Click this option to undo any changes you made to the selected line.
