SA Role Based Security - New User field descriptions
Fields are presented in alphabetical order.
- Description
- Specify the description of the new role.
- Include In Updates
- Select this check box to include the role in daily system updates.
- Print Options Page
- Select this option to print the options page with the report.
- Print Output Type
- Optionally, select Excel, Text, or PDF.
- Print Type
- Optionally, select the print type. Select Email, File, View, or Dropbox. The default value is View. Complete additional information that is required for the print type.
- Queue
- If you use queues for printing jobs, then specify the appropriate queue for each document that you selected to print.
- Role Name
- Specify the name of the new role.
