Whse (blank for all)

Specify a warehouse to print records attached to that warehouse, or leave blank to print records with or without a warehouse.

Report On Modified Records Only?

When a line item is accessed in PI Entry Edit Product Update File, an option is set to Yes. This indicates that this record has been modified, whether a field value was altered or not. This option can be viewed in PI Entry Edit Product Update File, in the Raw Import Data section, in the Edited field. To print a report of only those line items that have been modified, select Yes. To print all records, modified or not, retain the default No. The Modified option is printed on the report.

List Records to be Updated?

Select Yes to print those records with an update code of Update. Retain the default No to exclude Update records from this report.

List Records to be Deleted?

Select Yes to print those records with an update code of Delete. Retain the default No to exclude any records that are to be deleted. Deleted records are removed from the update file during PI Entry Update Products.

List Records to be Ignored?

Select Yes to print those records with an update code of Ignore. Retain the default No to exclude records to be ignored. Ignored records are not updated during PI Entry Update Products. They may not be removed, depending on the Save Detail option in PI Price Cost Multiplier Setup. They cannot be edited after the file has been updated.

List Records on Hold?

Select Yes to print those records with an update code of Hold. Retain the default No to exclude records on hold. Records on hold are not updated to the Product entity files during PI Entry Update Products. They remain in the edit file until you change the update code to Update, Delete, or Ignore.

List Records in Error State?

During the import process, some records may encounter errors. This is usually due to price/cost multipliers set incorrectly. It may be due to invalid price types, product lines or product categories. Records with an update code of "e" are treated much like records on hold. They remain in the edit file until you manually change the update code.

Report on Blank Effective Dates Only?

A record with an update code of Update is only updated to Product entity records if the effective date is before, or equal to, the current system date. Records with a blank effective date are not updated during PI Entry Update Products. They remain in the edit file indefinitely. This option is mutually exclusive; that is, if you select Yes, only those records with a blank effective date is listed on the report. Retain the default No to print all records regardless of the effective date.

Display Hold and Error Information?

Specify Yes to display detail hold and error information.
