Product List Setup field descriptions
Fields are presented in alphabetical order.
- Bin Location

Used in the Tool Crib application. Specify the bin location that you want to appear in Tool Crib for this product.
- Enter Description in Multiple Languages

Click this button to change the language of the product description that prints on pick tickets, acknowledgments, purchase orders, warehouse transfers, and invoices for a particular customer or vendor. This link only appears if you have selected a default language for your company in SA Company Setup, even if the language is English.
- Max Count Qty

Used in the Tool Crib application. The Min and Max fields are used for automatic ordering as low and high indicators for how much product you want to have on hand.
- Min Count Qty

Used in the Tool Crib application. The Min and Max fields are used for automatic ordering as low and high indicators for how much product you want to have on hand.
- Product
-
The product you want to add to the selected product list. Products with an inactive Product Setup record cannot be added. If you add a superseded product, a message appears.
- Quantity
-
The quantity you want to default to the shopping list when you choose to add this product to a sales order or PO RRAR from the shopping list. When you add products to a product list from Product Setup or Product Warehouse Product Setup, the Quantity field defaults to 0, and you must maintain the product list to define a quantity for that product.
- Unit

The unit of measure for this product when it is added to a sales order or PO RRAR from the shopping list.
