Options

Warehouse

Count sheets are processed for one warehouse at a time. Specify or look up the warehouse you want to create count sheets for. Do not specify a TWL warehouse in for this option. If you specify a TWL warehouse, this message is displayed:

This Function Cannot be Used For a Live Whse Logistics Whse (4923)

Sort by P)rod, D)esc, B)in Loc

Indicate if you want to sort the products on the count sheet by product name, product description, or bin location. Depending upon the order you select, the Product, Description, and Bin Location columns will appear in a different order on the count sheet.

Number of Products To Count

Specify 0 (zero) to include all nonstock products on the count sheet. Specify a specific value to limit the number of nonstock products included in the count. The system does not know which nonstock products were included on the last count sheet; therefore, if you specify a count limit, you must use the Non Stock Product and Category ranges to define the starting and stopping points to determine which nonstock products are included in the count.

Display Expected Qty?

Select Yes for this option to print the total quantity calculated from all of the ICENL detail records—inventory, stock adjustments, receipts, sales, etc.—on the count sheet. Select No to suppress printing of the expected quantity.

Note:  Because there is not an automated count or reconciliation process for the nonstock count, you must make manual adjustments to the counts in Product Adjust Nonstock/Direct Order Entry. We recommend that you set this option to Yes to display the expected counts so you can validate the before and after counts and allow for proper adjustments in Product Adjust Non-stock/Direct Order Entry.
Subtract Committed from Expected Qty?
Select Yes if you want to subtract the product’s Committed quantity from the On Hand quantity. If you select this option, the system looks for shipped orders that are not invoiced and excludes those from the count.
Exclude Zero Quantity Items?

Select Yes to prevent nonstock products with a zero quantity from being included on the count sheet. If you select No, nonstock products with a zero expected quantity appear on the count sheet.
