Options
- Fiscal Year
- Specify the fiscal year.
- Function Name
- Specify the function name of the balancing information.
- Job Name
- You can store your report for an indefinite length of time by specifying a job name. Job names consist of characters and numbers, not punctuation marks. If you specify a job name, the report parameters are permanently stored in Reports Scheduler. To print the report again, specify the job name to display the default report parameters. If the job name already exists but not for the current function, an error is displayed.
- Print Notes (A)ll, (R)equired, (N)one
- Specify:
- A to print a grand total of all notes entered within the fiscal year.
- R to print all required notes.
- N if you do not want notes to print.
