CR Check Center Entry - Transaction field descriptions

Fields are presented in alphabetical order.

Filter By

Balanced

To filter the transactions that are displayed based on balancing, select Balanced or Not Balanced. To see transactions regardless of balancing, select Both.

Cleared

To filter the transactions that are displayed based on clearing, select Cleared or Not Cleared. To see transactions regardless of clearing, select Both.

Record Limit

Specify the maximum number of records to display.

Starting

You can limit the transactions that display by a starting check number or a starting date. To limit by check number, select Check # in the Starting field and specify the number. To limit by date, select Date in the Starting field and specify the date. Transactions that match the value you specify and later are displayed.

Status

To limit the transactions that are displayed by status, select the status to show, Active or Inactive. To see transactions regardless of status, select Both.

Transaction Types

To limit the transactions that are displayed, select one or more transactions types. To view all types of transactions, select All.
