Product Warehouse Product Setup - Ordering - Lead Time History field descriptions

Fields are presented in alphabetical order.

Average Lead Time Date

The date that the average lead time in Product Warehouse Product Setup-Ordering was last updated.

Blanket Release Lines

Select this option to include purchase order lines that are blanket releases.

Current Frozen Lead Time Code

The current frozen lead time code from Product Warehouse Product Setup-Ordering. If the value is 999, lead time is frozen at the current value. If the value is 0, it is not frozen. If the value is 1-998, it indicates the minimum number of lead time days.

If this code is not 0, a message is displayed when you click Update Lead Time/PO Lines. You can exit the update process, or continue and update the lead time.

Calculated Lead Time Average

The lead time average of the receipts that are displayed in the grid. Only receipts with the Ignore Lead Time option not selected are included. If you change the starting receipt date of number of receipts and click Refresh, click Recalculate Lead Time to refresh the calculated lead time average.

Current Lead Time Average

The average lead time for this product from Product Warehouse Product Setup-Ordering as of the last PO receipt. If you change the lead time for any receipt, it is updated.

Direct Order Lines

Select this option to include purchase order lines that are direct order or drop shipped.

Number of Months

Indicate the number of months to include in the lead time history.

Number of Receipts

Specify the number of receipts to display, based on the Starting Receipt Date. The default value of 0 causes all receipts from the starting receipt date to display.

Rush Lines

Select this option to include purchase order lines that have a rush status.

Starting Receipt Date

A date to use as a starting point for showing purchase order receipt history. If a date is not specified, the last five receipts are displayed from newest to oldest.
