RS Queue Master List Report ranges and options
Ranges
- Queue
- Use this range to limit the report to a specific queue or range of queues. Specify the same queue in the begin and end fields to include only that queue on the report. Specify different queues in the begin and end fields to create a range of queues. Leave these fields blank to include all queues. You can use wildcards when specifying the parameters for this range.
Options
- (A)ctive, (I)nactive, or (B)oth
- Indicate the types of queues to include on the report.
