Product Warehouse Description Setup - New field descriptions
- Warehouse
- Specify an alpha-numeric code to identify the warehouse.
- Name
- Specify the full descriptive name of the warehouse. The name may relate to an actual site, building description, yard, or area within a warehouse. The name is displayed on all warehouse transfers.
- Division

If Divisional is selected in SA Company Setup, this field is required. Division numbers are set up in SA Table Code Values Setup, and can designate company divisions or company departments.
Depending on the selection made in SA Administrative Options-Documents-Sales Orders, the division on a warehouse may determine the division of a sales order. Warehouses can be grouped into specific divisions on these reports:
- Product Trial Balance of Stock Inventory Report
- Product Trial Balance of Non Stock Inventory Report
- Product Trial Balance of Direct Orders Report
- Product Transaction Activity Report
