Sales Order Entry - Advanced Line Entry - Customer Product field descriptions

The fields are presented in alphabetic order.

Create New: Select this option to create a new Product Extended Product Cross Reference Setup record.; If you do not select Create New, the customer product specified on the Customer Product window is loaded on the sales order line. The product number is not saved anywhere else in the system, and must be re-entered if the product is ever ordered by the customer again.
Customer: Specify the number of the customer.
Customer Product: Specify the customer's product number to cross reference with a stock, nonstock, or catalog product.
Customer Product Information: Specify additional information about the customer's product.
Our Product: Specify the product in your inventory that is the interchange for the customer's product. If you specify a catalog product, confirm the value is correct.
Quantity: Optionally, specify the quantity of this product the customer typically orders from you. This quantity is not applied to the sales order line. It is used when creating the Product Extended Product Cross Reference Setup record if you select Create New.
Record Type: This option applies if you select Create New.; Select Customer to create the cross reference as a customer product cross reference.; Select Ship To to create the cross reference for the customer-ship to combination only.
Ship To: Optionally, specify the customer ship to number.
Unit: Optionally, specify the standard unit for this customer and product. This unit is not applied to the sales order line. It is used when creating the Product Extended Product Cross Reference Setup record if you select Create New.
