Sales Central Distribution Center Inquiry field descriptions

Select an order and then select Transfer Route to update the CDC Status to Transfer Route. This option is only available if the current status is Received in Sales Warehouse.

Select an order and then select Received in Sales Warehouse to update the CDC Status to Received in Sales Warehouse. This option is only available if the current status of the order is Transfer Route.

Select an order and then select Shipped to Customer to update the CDC Status to Shipped to Customer. This option is only available if the current status of the order is Received in Sales Warehouse.

The CDC Status cannot be changed after an order is updated to Shipped To Customer.

Specify the container ID for the carton or pallet that is to be received or shipped. Click Inquire to populate the remaining fields on the screen for this container. If you update a pallet’s CDC Status, the new status is rolled to all containers on that pallet.

Select the new CDC status. Click Save to apply the change.

The current CDC status is displayed in this field.
