VA Internal Labor Time Entry - Internal Labor Details field descriptions
Fields are presented in alphabetical order.
- Charge / Hour
- Specify the labor billing rate per hour. The labor billing rate defaults from the price on the Product Warehouse Product Setup record but can be overridden.
- Comment
- Specify any comments to associate with the labor charge.
- Date
- Specify the date the work was performed.
- Hours / Minutes
- Specify the number or hours and minutes of labor that was performed by the operator.
- Labor Product
- Specify the labor product code for which time is being added. The labor product must be a labor product in Product Setup.
- Operator
- This field is available when you are creating a new time entry record. Specify the ID of the operator who performed the labor.
- Section Code
- The section code is displayed in this field after you specify a sequence number. Section codes for section types are set up in SA Table Code Value Setup.
- Section Type
- The section type, II or IT, is displayed in this field after you specify a sequence number.
- Sequence
- This field is available when you are creating a new time entry record. Specify the VA section number time is going to be entered against.
- Stage
- The stage of the section is displayed in this field.
- Total Charge
- This field displays the total amount charged. The total amount charged is calculated by multiplying the total time by the charge per hour. The total charge is added to the internal charges stored on the header of the VA order.
- Value Add Order #
- This field is available when you are creating a new time entry record. Specify the VA order number that time is going to be entered against.
