Date Ranges Pre Season Check Beg Date/End Date

Specify the date range for the report. This is a forward-looking report. If the beginning season month minus the review days falls within the date range, it is time to reorder.

Example

  • You run the report on 6.10.19.
  • Season begin = 01: The season's beginning month is converted to the first day of the month (01/01/00 - next season).
  • Review days = 60: The value is from Product Warehouse Product Setup.
  • Report's begin date = 10/01/19
  • Report's end date = 05/01/20
  • The season begin date of 01/01/20 minus the 60 review days = 11/02/19.
  • November 2, 2019 is within the begin and end date that are specified on the report and qualifies to be included on the report.
  • If the report's dates were 10/01/18 to 05/01/19, it would not qualify to be included on the report.

You can specify -1 to -7 in the day field to go back up to 7 days. For example, if you specify **/-7/** in the beginning range, the current date minus 7 days is used for the beginning date. If you specify **-2/** in the ending range, the current date minus 2 days is used for the ending date.

Print Usage Detail?

Select No to not include usage history. Only the last season's and previous season's quantities are included.

Select Yes to include the actual usage for each period within the season for the past two years. Usage information is included under the detail lines.
