Options

(P)rod, (L)kup Nm, or Prod (C)at Order?

Specify P to sort the report in product order.

Specify L to sort the report in lookup name order.

Specify C to sort the report in product catalog order.

(A)ctive, (I)nactive, or (B)oth?

Specify A to include only active products.

Specify I to include only inactive products.

Specify B to include active and inactive products.

(B)onded, (U)nbonded, (A)ll Whse?

Specify B to include products only in bonded warehouses. A bonded warehouse is a holding warehouse for international or domestic products.

Specify U to include products only in unbonded warehouses,

Specify A to include products in bonded and unbonded warehouses

Do Not Reorder Items Only?

Select Yes to include only Do Not Reorder (DNR) products.

If you select Yes, you must select No for the Order As Needed Products Only? option. If you select Yes for both options, the report will not contain any information. This message is displayed on the report: **No Records Were Found**.

Order As Needed Products Only?

Select Yes to include only Order As Needed (OAN) products.

If you select Yes, you must select No for the Do Not Reorder Items Only? option. If you select Yes for both options, the report will not contain any information. This message is displayed on the report: **No Records Were Found**.

Print Associated Notes?

Select Yes to include all notes that pertain to the ranges and options. The report could be lengthy.

Note: To include all notes, Yes must be selected for the Allow Access to Secured Notes field on your operator record.

Select No to include only unsecured notes.
