PS Schedule Entry field descriptions

Production Date

This represents the due date for the production line, or work center. This is based on all active VA work order IT or IS sections with the same due date. For each production date, you can view the total time required for all production lines, and then expand the date to view the estimated time required for each production line.

Production Line

For each production date, all production lines are listed. A production line is the Internal (IT) or Inspection (IS) processing section from the work order. Expand each production line to view tied orders related to the production line or section.

Day

This is the day of the week that corresponds to the production date.

Order #

The number of the sales order the VA work order is tied to. If it is a build-to-stock work order not tied to a sales order, ‘null’ is displayed.

Work Order #

The Value Add work order this production line or section is associated with.

Order Minutes

The total number of minutes for this production process. If there are multiple processes for a single production date, the total number of minutes for all processes is displayed on the production date line. Each process displays the total minutes for that process.

Customer

For work orders tied to a sales order, the customer number is displayed on the order number line.

Promise Date

For work orders tied to a sales order, this is the Promise Date from the sales order line.

Taken By
