Purchase Tally Calculator Inquiry field descriptions
The fields descriptions in the Details section are presented in alphabetic
order.
- Actual Quantity
- The quantity that the system computes, beginning with the required quantity and applying the component mix.
- Adjustment Factor
- Equals the extended cost of the tally product divided by the sum of the extended cost of the tally components. The adjustment factor represents the cost of one unit. The extended cost of the tally product is the actual quantity divided by 1000 multiplied by the price. The extended cost of the tally components is the total quantity ordered times replacement or last cost divided by 1000.
- Board Feet
- A linear measurement of a lumber product that is one inch thick, one foot wide, and one foot long or 144 cubic inches. The On Hand, Available, and On Order quantities in board feet are displayed.
- Linear Feet
- A one-dimensional measurement of the tally's length, expressed in feet. The On Hand, Available, and On Order quantities in linear feet are displayed.
- Price

The Product Warehouse Product Setup price based on the Use Last Cost During Entry and Use Replacement Cost During Entry options.
- Required Quantity
- The desired quantity of the tally product.
- Unit
- The tally product’s unit of measure.
