- Check Ranges Against Ship Tos?

Select Yes to use these ranges for customer but not ship tos:
- Outside Salesrep
- Inside Salesrep
- Territory
- Zip code
For example, you can create a mailing for all customers in a territory, but exclude ship tos outside the territory. If you select Yes and a contact is associated with a ship to, the ship to must meet the range criteria for the contact to be included in the mailing.
- (C)ustomer #, Cust (N)ame or (Z)ip Order

Specify C to print the labels in order by customer number.
Specify N to print the labels in order by customer name.
Specify Z to print the labels in order by zip code.
- Number of Copies of Each Label

Specify the number of copies to print for each label. If the labels are horizontal, the copies print side by side. If the labels are vertical, the copies print consecutively.
- Number of Labels Per Line
- Specify the number of labels that exist horizontally on the sheet.
- Print Attention Line (Contact Name)?
- Select Yes to print the contact name on each label. The attention line is taken from the name on each contact record. It is the first line on the mailing label.
- Print (C)ustomer or (S)hip To Name?

Specify C to use the company name from the Customer Setup record, even if the contact is associated with a ship to.
Specify S to use the company name from the Customer Ship To Setup record if the contact is associated with a ship to.
- Priority Numbers/Ranges (Ex. 1, 3, 5-12)

If you print an attention line, a label prints for every contact of each customer or ship to unless you use this option to limit the contacts.
Specify the priority number or range of priority numbers of the contacts to print for each customer or ship to. Separate the individual choices by commas without using spaces. Specify all to print all priority contacts for each customer or ship to. If more than one contact exists with the same priority, they are sorted alphabetically.
These values are examples of valid entries:
- all
- 1
- 1,2
- 1-5
- 1,2,4-5,7-9
- Include Contacts Not Associated with Ship Tos?

Select Yes to include contacts that are associated directly with the customer even though Yes is selected for the Check Ranges Against Ship Tos option.
For example, you may have a customer where the customer and some, but not all, of the ship tos are in one territory. To obtain get all contacts for the territory, use these settings:
- Specify the territory in the territory range
- Specify Yes for the Check Ranges Against Ship Tos option and this option.
- 1st – 4th Label Begin at Column

Specify the column positions where printing begins on each label. To determine the starting position of labels 2 - 4, add the number of characters for the length of the label and the space between each label. Use the Label Begin at Column to specify column positions for labels 1 through 4.
Note: Because the address fields are 30 characters in length, the starting positions must be at least 30 characters apart. All information that is printed after column 132 is truncated. You can print beyond the 132nd column if the information on the label does not exceed the 132nd position. - Number of Lines per Label

Specify the number of lines to print on each label from the first line of information to the bottom of the label. Include spaces between the lines.
If you specify less than 6, 6 lines print automatically. If you leave this option blank, the third address line does not print.
If you specify 7, a blank line is included at the end.
