- Contract

Specify a range of contracts to limit the report by contract.
- Customer #

Specify a customer number to limit the report by customer.
- Expire Date

Specify a date range to limit the report by the date forecasts expire. If you are going to inactivate or remove forecasts when you run this report, you must specify an expiration date. To be sure to select forecasts that are already expired, specify an expiration date range which is earlier than the current date.

Specify a range of products to limit the report by product.

Specify a range of product categories to limit the report to forecasts by product category.

Select this field if you want to create a .csv file from running this report.
- CSV Directory

If you select the Create CSV File field, specify the directory in which to create the .csv file.

Specify A to limit the report to active forecasts. Specify I to limit the report to inactive forecasts. Specify B to see all forecasts, regardless of status.
- Usage Rate Variance Pct

Specify a usage rate variance percent greater than zero to limit the report results by actual usage rate percent.
The calculation for the usage rate percentage is:
Actual usage to date / Forecasted usage to date * 100 = Usage rate percentage
For example, if the actual usage to date is 80 and the forecasted usage to date is 85, the usage rate percentage is
80 / 85 * 100 = 94%
If you specify 10 as the variance percentage, then products with an actual usage rate greater than 90% or less than 110% are included on the report.
