Function

Specify the acronym of the report you want to purge from the system. Specify a single function in the begin and end fields to list only one report, or specify a different function in the begin and end fields to create a range of reports. Leave the fields blank to include all reports, within the additional parameters specified. You can use wild cards to expand the range. For example, if you specify ap* in both the begin and end fields, all ap reports are included on the list.

Report Name

Specify a single report name in both the begin and end fields or a different report name in the begin and end fields to create a range of reports. Leave this field blank to include all reports, within the additional parameters specified. The reports you specify must be defined in RS Job Group Setup.

Company #

Specify a company to limit the list to only reports created in that company. Specify the same company number in the begin and end fields to limit the reports to those in a single company or type a different company number in the begin and end fields to create a range of companies. Leave this field blank to include all reports, within the additional parameters specified.

Operator

Specify an operator to limit the list to those reports created by a specific operator. Specify the same operator initials in the begin and end fields to limit the reports to those created by that operator or type different operator initials in the begin and end fields to create a range. Leave this field blank to include all reports, within the additional parameters specified.

Options

Enter a List of Report Names?

Indicate if you want to enter a specific list of stored reports to delete. This is useful if the stored reports you want to purge do not fall into a specified range. Select Yes to specify the reports to include in the list. The reports you specify here override the reports in the Function and Report Name ranges.

Unscheduled Reports Only?

Indicate if you want to limit your report to unscheduled reports only.

Purge Reports?

Indicate if you want to view the list of reports that match your criteria before deleting them. Select No to print a list of reports for review. Select Yes to automatically purge the reports from the system.
