Product Environmental Handling Fee Setup field descriptions
Use Product Environmental Handling Fees Setup to create and maintain a product-level environmental handling fee (EHF). Use these fields to specify the details of a product sourcing restriction record. Fields are presented in alphabetical order.

Specify the addon number assigned to this product in SA Order Entry Addons Setup with a valid geographical location value.
- Amount

Specify the amount per unit of measure of the EHF. The unit of measure default is defined in Product Setup or Product Catalog Setup.
- EHF Type

Optional. Specify a type. The EHF Type is free-form entry with no validation. Use this field for informational purposes only to help identify the type of fee applicable to this product. For example, paint, light bulbs, or electronics.
- End Date

Optional. Specify the date that the fee expires. The value must be blank or greater than/equal to the Start Date.
- Product

Specify a product. The product must already be set up in Product Setup or Product Catalog Setup.
- Province/State

Specify the geographical location the EHF originates from. The location must already be set up in SA Sales Use Taxes Setup [State] or SA Goods and Services Taxes Setup [Province].
- Start Date

Specify the date that the fee became effective. Used in combination with the order date, the most current start date that has not expired is used for the calculation of the fee.

Optional. These user-defined fields are not processed or updated by Distribution SX.e. You can set up EHF-related user-defined fields in SA Admin Options-System-User Fields.
