Sales Order Entry - Shopping List - Past Sales field descriptions

Fields are listed in alphabetical order.
All Ship Tos

Select this option to include these products on the Shopping List:

  • Products that were sold from the warehouse on the order to the customer on the order
  • Products that were sold from the warehouse on the order to the ship tos that are associated with the customer on the order

All price, availability and cost information for the products on the Shopping List is based on the customer, ship to, and warehouse on the order. Quantities that were sold to the customer and all ship tos are displayed in the Total Stock Qty column.

All Warehouses?

Select this option to include these products on the Shopping List:

  • Products that were sold to the customer on the order from any warehouse
  • Products that were sold to the ship to on the order from any warehouse

If a product is not yet included in the Shopping List and exists in the ordering warehouse, it is added to the Shopping List.

All price, availability, and cost information for the products on the Shopping List is based on the customer, ship to, and warehouse on the order.

If a Shopping List record is based on a warehouse other than the warehouse on the order, these values are not displayed in the Shopping List grid:

  • Qty Recommended
  • Last Price
  • Total Stock Qty
  • Last Purchase Date
Automatically Launch This View?
Select this option to automatically open this page each time you access the Shopping List function.
Clear Shopping List?
Select this option to remove all existing products from the Shopping List grid. If you do not select this option, products from Shopping List that you are generating are appended to existing products in the grid.
From Month/From Year
Specify the beginning month and year for the range to use in the Shopping List.
Include Non-Stocks?
Select this option to include past sale records for nonstock products in the Shopping List.
Include Optional Products?
Select this option to display optional products in the Shopping List directly below out-of-stock products. You can select either product to add to the order.
Number of Products to Recall
Specify the maximum number of product records to include in the Shopping List.
To Month/To Year
Specify the ending month and year for the range to use in the Shopping List.
