Options
- Remove Inactivated Pricing Records?
- Select Yes to delete all inactive PD Pricing Setup-Customer Pricing and Customer Rebate records. The status of the record must be Inactive. You may have manually set the status to Inactive or it may be automatically set through this function.
- Remove Records up to Ending Date

The ending date is used as a cutoff date for the PD Pricing Setup-Customer Pricing/Customer Rebate records. All Customer Pricing/Rebate records with an ending date that is less than or equal to the ending date entered here is deleted.
You can specify -1 to -7 in the day field to go back up to seven days. For example, if you specify **/-7/**, the system uses the current date less 7 days for the date.
- Inactivate Expired Pricing Records?
- Select Yes to inactivate Customer Pricing/Rebate records that have expired. A record is considered expired if the ending date on the record is less than or equal to the ending date specified for the Remove Records Up to Ending Date option.
- Print List of Affected Records?
- Select Yes to print the affected PD Pricing Setup records.
- L)ast Used Dt S)tart Dt B)oth or N)one
- This option controls what date is used to determine whether a pricing record
is inactive. If you select Last, Start, or
Both, you must also specify a date in the Last Used/Start Date field.
- Select Last to review pricing records based on the Last Used Date. This is the date the pricing record was last viewed or used, whether in an inquiry or entry function.
- Select Start to review pricing records based on the Start Date defined in PD Pricing Setup when the records were created.
- Select Both to review records based on the Last Used Date. If this field is blank in PD Pricing Setup, and the Expired Date field is also blank, records are selected based on the Start Date.
- Select None to run the report regardless of Start Date or Last Used Date. It reviews records with an ending date that is less than or equal to the date specified in the Remove Records up to Ending Date field.
- Last Used/Start Date
- If you selected Last Used Dt, Start Dt, or Both for the previous option, you must specify a date by which to review pricing records. The default is today’s date minus one year. If you selected Last, the system selects pricing records with a Last Used Date on or before the date specified in this field. If you selected Start, it selects pricing records with a Start Date on or before the date specified.
- R)emove, I)nactivate, or N)either
- This option allows you to inactivate records or remove them based on the date specified in the Last Used/Start Date field.
