Search results are limited to warehouses assigned to no division or allowed divisions only for either the ship from or ship to warehouse, and where the Restrict Data Access For WT option is Yes. This includes hyperlinks to Transfer Inquiry from WT # in other functions.
Transfer Receipt of Inventory Entry Search results are limited to the ship to warehouse assigned to allowed divisions only and where the Restrict Data Access For WT option is Yes.
Transfer Demand Center Entry Search results in the main Demand Center grid are limited to WT RRAR records associated with warehouses in an allowed division only for either the ship from or ship to warehouse, and where the Restrict Data Access For WT option is Yes.
Transfer Entry - Excel Import Records are validated to limit warehouse transfers created for ship from and ship to warehouse records in an allowed division and where the Restrict Data Access For IC option is Yes.

These Transfer reports are limited to records assigned to no division or allowed divisions only. The record type is noted.

  • Transfer Entry Journal Print Report - based on GL transaction (GLET) records with a GL account code where the division number segment is a restricted division. Report output includes journals that are excluded due to Division # Security.
  • Transfer Entry Print WT Report - based on the Product Warehouse Description Setup record for either the Ship From or Ship To warehouse on the Transfer Entry header record, and the user’s Restrict Data Access for WT setting.
  • Transfer Entry RRAR Merge Process Report - based on the Product Warehouse Description Setup record for either the Ship From or Ship To warehouse on the Transfer Entry header record, and the user’s Restrict Data Access for WT setting. Division security logic is applied whether report is launched from Transfer Demand Center Entry or the Transfer Entry menu.
  • Transfer Customer Inventory Value Report - based on the Product Warehouse Description Setup record and the user’s Restrict Data Access for WT setting.
  • Transfer Exception Report - based on the Product Warehouse Description Setup record for either the Ship From or Ship To warehouse on the Transfer Entry header record, and the user’s Restrict Data Access for WT setting.
  • Transfer Pre-Receiving Report - based on the Product Warehouse Description Setup record for either the Ship From or Ship To warehouse on the Transfer Entry header record, and the user’s Restrict Data Access for WT setting.
  • Transfer Master List Report - based on the Product Warehouse Description Setup record for either the Ship From or Ship To warehouse on the Transfer Entry header record, and the user’s Restrict Data Access for WT setting.
  • Transfer Register Report - based on the Product Warehouse Description Setup record for either the Ship From or Ship To warehouse on the Transfer Entry header record, and the user’s Restrict Data Access for WT setting.
