Setting up an operator for sales or purchase order approval

Note: This functionality is part of an approval process that helps to meet some of the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
  1. Select System Administrator > Setup > Operator.
  2. Select an operator record, and then click Edit.
  3. Click Entry Options .
  4. In the OE/PO Entry Options section, specify this information:
    • For purchase order approval checks, specify minimum and maximum values in the Purchase Order Amount Value Hold fields.
    • For sales order approval checks, specify minimum and maximum values in the Order Entry Amount Hold, Order Entry Margin Amount Hold, and Order Entry Margin % Hold fields.
  5. Click Save.
