Setting up ACH tokens
Create an ACH payment type in SA Table Code Value Setup. Then, associate customer ACH accounts with the ACH payment type in Customer Credit Card Setup.
- Select Customer > Setup > Credit Card .
- Click New.
- In Card Type, select the payment type, as set up in SA Table Code Value Setup .
- Specify the Customer and ShipTo (if applicable).

Save to connect to the
CenPOS Web browser (the Create Token form).
The User ID, Merchant ID, and Client ID are automatically populated based on your login and information that you specify in Customer Credit Card Setup.

Complete all required fields:
- Aba
- Specify the American Bank Association (ABA) routing number or routing transfer number (nine numeric characters)
- Account number
- Specify the bank account number.
- Check Type
- Select Personal or Corporate.
- Name
- Specify the name of the person authorized to use this ACH account.
- Specify the email address of the person authorized to use this ACH account.

Submit.
The new ACH account is listed in the Credit Cards grid of Customer Credit Card Setup. The new ACH truncated number (last four digits) show in the list and will also be available in Sales Order Entry.
