Deleting a credit card token

You can delete a credit card token in Customer Credit Card Setup. The deletion updates both the Distribution SX.e system and your credit card processor. Delete a token if, for example, the customer has canceled the credit card.

  1. Select Customer > Setup > Credit Card.
  2. Conduct a search for an existing token, and then select a token in the grid.
  3. Select a token in the grid.
  4. Click Delete Tokenized Card to connect to the credit card processor form. A message is displayed: You are going to delete this token: 0000000?
  5. Click OK. A question is displayed: Delete Record?
  6. Click Yes.
