Maintaining an operator's authorization level

Use these instructions to maintain an operator's authorization levels for authorization points located throughout the system. These instructions assume that the operator has already been set up in SA Operator Setup. A new operator has level 1 (Not Authorized) authority for all authorization points, even if you used the Create Like feature in SA Operator Setup to define the new operator.

Select System Administrator > Administration > Authorization Security.
Specify an operator.
In the grid, select the authorization point.
Select Action > Authorized or Not Authorized.

Select Authorized to enable an operator to complete the authorization point. Select Not Authorized to have an operator request authorization from a supervisor.
Close the module.
