Setting up National Program product model numbers

If you have activated the National Program functionality, and you participate in National Programs that use product model numbers, you can set up those numbers here. For example, some Manufacturers require a specific model number for a claim to be submitted and reimbursed; or, a specific model number has one price and another model number has a different price. Repeat steps as necessary to specify product model numbers.

  1. Select System Administrator > Setup > Table Code Value.
  2. In Table List, select Product Model Number and click Search.
  3. In the toolbar, click New.
  4. In Product Model, specify a product number. You can specify up to 18 characters.
  5. In Description, specify a description. You can specify up to 100 characters.
  6. Click Save. Data is stored with an identifier of PM.
