Setting up multiple level customer rebate types

Use these instructions to set up multiple level customer rebate types. As a prerequisite, ensure the rebate types you want to assign have been set up in SA Table Code Value Setup-Rebates and PD Pricing Setup. Multiple customer price levels can be applied to all PD Pricing Setup rebate levels.

  1. Select System Administrator > Administration > Administrator Options > Products > Multiple Level.
  2. Select the options to control how multiple level customer price and rebate types are applied.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Select Customer > Setup > Rebate Type.
  5. Click New.
  6. Specify the customer and, optionally, a ship to.
  7. Specify the customer rebate type.
  8. Click Save.
