Releasing Tag and Hold orders

Orders with a Tag and Hold disposition are used when the customer cannot provide shipping instructions when they place an order. Use these instructions to release a Tag and Hold order after you receive shipping instructions.

  1. Select Sales > Entry > Order.
  2. Click Maintain, and then specify the order number.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Click Customer Order Settings.
  5. Change the ship via method, requested ship date, promise date, and other fields as required.
  6. Select None in the Disposition field.
  7. Click Save, and then finish the order.
  8. Reprint the pick ticket.
