Changing the hold status on orders in Sales Credit Release Inquiry

If you use legacy hold codes, you can release orders that are on hold or change the existing hold code to another hold code. The hold codes that you can use depends on your operator security.

  1. Select Sales > Inquiry > Credit Release.
  2. Specify the search criteria, and then click Search.
  3. Select one or more orders, and then click Hold/Release All.
    Note: You can click a heading to sort orders to hold or release.
  4. Specify the Customer # or Ship To.
  5. To change the hold code on the orders, specify the code in the Using Approval field and then click Hold All.
  6. To approve the orders, click Release All.
