Submitting a fulfillment order in Sales Order Fulfillment Inquiry
You can submit fulfillment orders in the fulfillment stage of Open or eCommerce stage to create tied fulfillment orders.
- Select Sales > Inquiry > Fulfillment.
- Search for the order, and then select it.
- Click Submit Fulfillment.
-
Optionally, select these options to perform the action on the
tied fulfillment orders:
- Reprice Line Items
- Runs the pricing logic for each line item, based on the selected warehouses for each tied fulfillment order. If this option is not selected, the pricing from the original fulfillment order is copied to the tied orders.
- Recalculate SM Cost
-
Recalculates the costs of each line item on the tied fulfillment orders. Nonstocks are not affected by this option. If this option is not selected, the costs from the original fulfillment order are copied to the tied fulfillment orders.
- Load Non Stock Price/Cost From Fulfillment Line
-
If a stock product on the original fulfillment order is sourced from a warehouse that does not stock the product, the tied fulfillment order contains a nonstock line item. The nonstock line item does not contain a price or cost. If this option is selected, the price and cost from the original fulfillment order is copied to the tied fulfillment order.
- Reset Addons
-
Resets the addons to the values that are specified in Customer Setup. If this option is selected, the minimum and maximum charge amounts are honored on the tied fulfillment orders. If this option is not selected, the addons from the original fulfillment order are copied to the tied fulfillment orders.
Note: Addons that are an amount are processed differently on fulfillment orders than non-fulfillment blanket orders. On non-fulfillment blanket orders, customer addons that are amounts are changed to a percent, but the percent displays as zero. If the addon is originally a percent, then the percent is displayed. On fulfillment orders, the amount addons not converted to a percentage, but left as is.
