Exporting sales order data to Excel

You can export data from a grid to a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file in Sales Order Inquiry. You can open the CSV file in Microsoft Excel and save it as XLS or XLXS. The method used to save the spreadsheet depends on your spreadsheet application.

  1. Select Sales > Inquiry > Order.
  2. Specify the order number or specify search criteria and click Search.
  3. Open the order and select the view from which you want to export the data.
  4. Select the rows you want to export. If you do not select any rows, all rows are exported.

    Select the Select All check box to export every record shown on the current page. Records on subsequent pages are not included.

  5. Click Settings and select Export To Excel.
  6. The .CSV file is downloaded. Open the file and save as XLS or XLSX, if desired.
