Verifying and creating operational hold codes

After you activate operational hold codes in SA Administrator Options, verify that operational hold codes were created in SA Table Code Value Setup.

  1. Select System Administrator > Setup > Table Code Value.
  2. Select Operational Hold Code in the Table List field.
  3. Review the hold codes in the grid.
    Compare the operational hold codes to your user-defined legacy hold codes from SA Administrator Options-Documents-Sales Order-Approval Process and SA Administrator Options-Logistics-WL Options.
  4. Optionally, create operational hold codes that are specific to your business requirements.
    1. Click New.
    2. Specify a hold code and description.
    3. Click Save.
