Tying a sales quote to a VA quote

When you enter a quote order in Sales Order Entry, you can tie a Value Add product entered on that quote order to a VA quote order.

  1. When you are on the sales order line for the VA product, click Sourcing.
  2. On the Sourcing window, select Value Add, specify other options, and click OK.
  3. The VA order is created. After the tie is created between the sales quote order and the VA quote order, you can convert the quote orders so they can be processed as a stock order and a VA order. Use the Copy/Convert function in Sales Order Entry.
