Entering a fulfillment order

To change the sourcing warehouse, you must have override security for fulfillment orders on your operator record.

  1. Select Sales > Entry > Order.
  2. Select Order Fulfillment in the Order Type field.
  3. Specify values for the remaining fields, and then click Next.
  4. Add line items.
  5. To review line fulfillment information, click Edit Lines.
  6. Select a line, and then click Line Fulfillment.
  7. To source the product from a different warehouse:
    1. Clear the selected warehouse.
    2. Select a different sourcing warehouse.
      The Quantity Allocated updates automatically.
      Note: To source from multiple warehouses, select the warehouses and then specify the quantity sourced from each warehouse in the Quantity Allocated field.
    3. Click Save.
  8. Click Finish to create the order.
