Enabling extra fields on BODs for order fulfillment

If you use these BODs to transmit sales order information, enable extra fields to include the fulfillment order data in each BOD:

Select System Administrator > Administration > ION Noun.
Specify the BOD in the ION Noun field, and then click Search.
Open the record, and then click Edit.
To include all fulfillment data in the document, select Everything - Send All Level 1 Extra Fields in Database and Customer Fields in Level 1 List in the Level 1 Enable field.

To include specific fulfillment data on the document:

Select List Only - Send Level 1 Extra Fields in Level List 1 in the Level 1 Enable field.

Specify the related fieldname values in the Level 1 Fields field. Use a comma-delimited list with no blank spaces between each fieldname.

This table shows the fulfillment order data and the related fieldname value.
