Creating a product list in Product Setup or Product Warehouse Product Setup You can create lists of products to use as shopping lists in Sales Order Entry. Select Product > Setup > Product or Product > Setup > Warehouse Product. Select a product in the grid and select Product List > Create New. Specify this information: Type Specify a short descriptive name for the product list. Description Specify a description of the product list. The description is displayed in Product List fields in Product functions and Sales Order Entry. Click Save. Conduct a search for products to add to the list, and then select the products. Select Product List > Add to Product List. Select the product list in the Product List Type field. Click Save. The products are added to the list with zero quantities. Modify the default quantity of the product on a product list in Product List Setup.
