Adding a customer record

There are prerequisites to adding a customer record.

The created by operator, date, time, and process that created the customer record are stored in Customer Setup.

  1. Select Customer > Setup > Customer.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify the customer number and name.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Access the appropriate views and specify information for this customer.
  6. Click Save.
