The Customer Scorecard Analysis dashboard includes KPIs for these metrics:

  • Sales
  • Cost
  • Gross Margin
Note: The arrow trend indicators in this dashboard compare the current year to date (YTD) with the last YTD. If a filter is changed to another year, then the KPI values and trend indicators compare the selected year to its previous year.

Reports:

  • Top 20 Customers by Sales and Margin
  • YTD vs LYTD Sales
  • Sales by Customer Scatter
  • Aging Summary by Customer

Filters:

  • Company
  • Customer #
  • Year/Quarter
  • Invoice Year (Default value = Current Year)
  • Customer Name
  • Outside Salesrep Name
  • Sales Warehouse
  • Scorecard Year/Month (Default value = Current year/month)
  • Line Status Type (Default <> c)
