Customer Scorecard Analysis dashboard
The Customer Scorecard Analysis dashboard includes KPIs for these metrics:
- Sales
- Cost
- Gross Margin
Note: The arrow trend indicators in this dashboard compare the current
year to date (YTD) with the last YTD. If a filter is changed to another year, then the KPI
values and trend indicators compare the selected year to its previous year.
Reports:
- Top 20 Customers by Sales and Margin
- YTD vs LYTD Sales
- Sales by Customer Scatter
- Aging Summary by Customer
Filters:
- (Default value = Current Year)
- (Default value = Current year/month)
- (Default <> c)
