Performance improved for usage updates to Data Lake

Improvements were made to the record changes that trigger a table record update to Data Lake during Product Administration Month End Processing Report and Product Administration Daily Average Inventory Calculation Report. If the only value changed by these processes on a ICSWU table record is the Last Average Invoice Date (lastavginvdt), the table is not sent to Data Lake. This change reduces the time required to update the Data Lake during a nightly data load.
