API call changed to allow special characters in password

A change was made to the API call sent from Distribution SX.e to Vertex Cloud to receive an access token for integration validation. Previously, special characters were not permitted to be sent through ION API. Because the password provided by Vertex often includes special characters, this was preventing the receipt of the access token. This is now resolved and any of these special characters found in the password are converted to hexadecimal code in the API call: %!"#$&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[~]^_`|}.
