Calendar Scheduling enhancements

Numerous enhancements were made to the Calendar Scheduling form in the Service Management module in CloudSuite Distribution:

  • Edit a Filter

    Selecting this option on the To Be Scheduled and Local Appointments tab now displays an updated modal form.

  • Drag and drop

    You can now schedule appointments by dragging them from the To Be Scheduled and Local Appointments tabs to the Calendar Scheduling form.

  • Set Filter from Selected Appointment

    Select this option on the To Be Scheduled and Local Appointments tabs to reset the filter values based on the selected appointment.

  • Select Additional Tasks

    Select this option to select a specific SRO or incident on the To Be Scheduled tab.

  • SoHo design elements

    Numerous updated SoHo design elements were applied, including restyled fonts and icons.
