Print Labels option added to multiple functions

You can now print Integrated Barcode labels from additional functions in Distribution SX.e. Previously, labels could only be printed by running the associated label printing report in the Integrated Barcode module, or when printing receiving labels in Purchase Receipt of Inventory Entry.

The Print Labels option is added to these functions:

  • Product Availability Inquiry

This Print Labels option runs the IB Barcode Inventory Stock Labels Report. You can select various printing options including Warehouse range, Product range, and Number of Labels.

  • Transfer Inquiry and Transfer Receipt of Inventory Entry

This Print Labels option prints the IB Inventory Warehouse Transfer Labels Report if the transfer is received, before selecting Submit. You have the option to print receiving labels for an entire order. You can specify the quantity of labels to print: One label per line, One label per quantity received (default), One label per stock quantity received, One label per quantity shipped, or One label per stock quantity shipped. If the product is a lot item, the quantity can be specified as one label per lot, or one label per stock quantity (available if Label Quantity is not One per Line).

  • Purchase Order Inquiry and Purchase Receipt of Inventory Entry

This Print Labels option prints the IB Inventory Receiving Labels Report if the purchase order is received, before Final Update. You can specify the quantity of labels to print: one label per line item, one label per quantity received (default), or one per stock quantity received. If the product is a lot item, the quantity can be specified as one label per lot, or one label per stock quantity (available if Label Quantity is not One per Line). You can also select the option, Print Multiple Labels Per Lot.

The existing Receiving Labels option available from the Purchase Receipt of Inventory Entry PO grid was renamed Print Labels. The Print Labels option was also added to the Quick Receive screen in Purchase Receipt of Inventory Entry.

For labels printed from Purchase Order Inquiry and Purchase Receipt of Inventory Entry, the purchase order number is now printed on the label. For labels printed from Transfer Inquiry and Transfer Receipt of Inventory Entry, the warehouse transfer order number is now printed on the label.

A new printing option has been added to IB Inventory Receiving Labels Report and IB Inventory Warehouse Transfer Labels Report allowing you to print lots either as a quantity or one per lot.

Feature activation

In order to use the Print Labels option, the Integrated Barcode module must be selected in SA All Company Information Setup.
