Migration of documentation from the Infor Support Portal

As you may have noticed, we have completed the migration of all CloudSuite Distribution user documentation from the Infor Support Portal to Documentation Central, or docs.infor.com. This is part of an Infor-wide initiative to use docs.infor.com as our single, go-to documentation repository. Docs.infor.com offers so much more when looking for documentation for all Infor products, not just for CloudSuite Distribution.

Some of the benefits you can experience on this web site are:

• Improved search, including site-wide search
• Documentation presented in easy-to-navigate libraries
• Access to secured and unsecured content. Secured content requires your Infor Concierge login and password.
• Most content is presented in an online format, but can be converted to PDF format for printing.

If you access the latest documentation from the Infor Support Portal, a link is provided to connect you to https://docs.infor.com/en-us/csdis/2022.x. If the selected documentation is out of date, you are directed to contact Infor to request it. We recommend that you use the current version of any guide. For version 2022.09 and later, the latest documentation is available only from docs.infor.com.

Please note that we now include the content from our online help in our new User and Administration Guides library. This is the same content that is available in the Smart Help context application in CloudSuite Distribution. The Smart Help app enables context sensitivity so that the appropriate page overview is displayed for the screen you are accessing in CloudSuite Distribution.
